The basic items of the statement of financial position, the statement of profit or loss and other
comprehensive income, and the statement of cash flows have been converted into EUR at the average
exchange rates set by the National Bank of Poland in accordance with the specified, applicable conversion
principle (dividing amounts expressed in thousands of PLN by the exchange rate):
a) Statement of financial position at the exchange rate prevailing on the last working day of the
relevant period:
● as at 31 December 2025, the average NBP exchange rate was: 4.2267;
● as at 31 December 2024, the NBP average exchange rate was: 4.2730;
b) Statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income and statement of cash flows at average
exchange rates for the period, calculated as the arithmetic mean of the exchange rates prevailing
on the last day of each month in the given period:
● arithmetic mean for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025: 4.2372;
● arithmetic mean for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024: 4.3042.
